• 頻発症状：発熱（98%）、咳嗽、筋肉痛、倦怠感
• 半数で呼吸困難
• 低頻度症状：喀痰、頭痛、喀血、下痢
• 全患者に画像上肺炎像あり
• 29%がARDS併発
• Acute cardiac injury併発もあり
• 6人が死亡
